Rooted in México
Family, hard work, independence, order and care shaped the values behind THE HOME PLACE — and a belief that home and ambition can beautifully coexist.
THE HOME PLACE didn’t begin as a business idea.
It began as a way of understanding home.
Family, hard work, independence, order and care shaped the values behind THE HOME PLACE — and a belief that home and ambition can beautifully coexist.
These became tools for observing people, children and spaces with greater intention — understanding communication, environment and compatibility without turning the story into a résumé.
What began as visits became family, home and a new life in the United States — bringing two cultures and two ways of understanding home together.
The first version began under another name, growing through referrals and Latino families in Houston and The Woodlands.
Trust built the beginning.
Motherhood, work, family and the pace of life made the purpose clearer: the right support creates more room to be present, build, rest and live.
Experiences with agencies, platforms and candidates revealed the difference between finding someone available and finding someone truly compatible.
Availability is not compatibility.
A more intentional process built around better questions, references, observation, expectations and communication — using psychology as a lens for understanding, never diagnosis.
Light, scent, texture, order, materials and thoughtful details are part of the experience. The goal is for a family — especially a mother — to feel:
“Someone thought of me, too.”
The model is now intentionally simpler: household staffing through Live-In and Live-Out placements, with Nanny / Family Assistant, Household Manager and Home Organization + Products available according to each family’s needs.
To make life at home feel more supported through thoughtful people, reliable services and a more intentional approach to everyday household needs.
To build a trusted household support company that can serve families across the United States while raising the standard of care, professionalism and respect within the home.
Mexico remains the root. The United States became home, family and legacy.
We don’t want families to have more things to manage.
We want them to have more life to live.
