Clear separation

Placement, membership and candidate compensation are different things.

Placement Fee — THE HOME PLACE: $2,000 for our screening, matching and placement service.

Family Membership: $250/month, completely optional, for families who want ongoing support.

Candidate Compensation: agreed directly between the family and candidate for that specific placement. It is separate from THE HOME PLACE fees.

30-Day Replacement Guarantee: replacement support is available during the first 30 days according to our terms.
